BANCASSURANCE MANAGR

Location: Surat

CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ Years in Banking / Insurance / BFSI Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive business through the assigned bank branch network

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Generate quality leads and convert them into business

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets

• Conduct customer meetings and understand their financial requirements





• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service

• Coordinate with branch teams to maximize business opportunities

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Any Graduate

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking, Insurance, or BFSI Sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset

• Good relationship management and customer-handling skills
