Position: SAP Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Hyderabad / On-site

Employment Type: Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit SAP professionals across various modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.




- Understand client requirements and identify suitable SAP candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to close requirements.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of SAP modules and SAP recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
