Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Infrastructure Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT Infrastructure professionals for US-based clients.

The recruiter will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit IT Infrastructure professionals for US-based clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates with relevant infrastructure experience.
- Work on positions such as:
- Network Engineers
- System Administrators
- Cloud Engineers
- DevOps Engineers
- Infrastructure Engineers
- Windows/Linux Administrators
- Network/Security Engineers
- Storage Engineers
- IT Support/Infrastructure Specialists
- Data Center Engineers
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closures.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for IT Infrastructure and Networking roles.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Windows, Linux, Networking, Cloud, AWS/Azure, VMware, Cisco, Security, and Data Center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a US time-zone / night-shift environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with MSPs, system integrators, consulting firms, or direct US clients.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types such as H-1B, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizen.
- Experience working with ATS and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
