Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales outreach, lead generation, and marketing activities to help promote Known State’s integrated software and security solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with customer communication, preparing sales presentations, maintaining sales records, and supporting campaign execution across digital and offline channels. The intern will help coordinate product demonstrations, collect and organize customer feedback,



and collaborate with senior team members on marketing materials and training content. This is a remote, role based in West Bengal, India, requiring close collaboration with the local team and a strong interest in technology-driven services.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing clients effectively.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to assist with lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting.
- Interest or experience in Training activities, such as supporting product walkthroughs or preparing simple training materials.
- Ability to work in office in West Bengal, India, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including social media, content creation, or event support.
- Pursuing or having a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and learning new software quickly.
