Labquity is a premier laboratory informatics and digital transformation consultancy based in the UAE (Ajman Free Zone) . We specialize in bridging the gap between cutting-edge mobile technologies and complex laboratory enterprise systems (LIMS, ELN, QMS). We are currently developing a pioneering, proprietary mobile application that allows laboratory scientists and managers to perform critical daily operations seamlessly on the go.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to own the design and user experience of our flagship mobile application and web portals. In this role, you will take complex, data-heavy laboratory workflows (like sample registration, results entry, and multi-tier approvals) and translate them into simple, elegant, and highly intuitive mobile screens.

You will collaborate closely with our product management team and our React Native developers to bring beautiful, functional designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

- User Research & Wireframing: Analyze complex laboratory workflows and design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- High-Fidelity UI Design: Create beautiful, modern, and pixel-perfect user interfaces (UI) for both iOS and Android platforms, as well as companion web interfaces.
- Design System Management: Maintain and expand Labquity’s clean, modern, and accessible mobile design system and component library.




- Developer Hand-Off: Deliver high-fidelity Figma files and design specs to our development team, ensuring clean code translation.
- Usability Testing: Create clickable prototypes in Figma to gather user feedback and iterate rapidly based on real-world usability.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Core Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma is a must (components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping).
- Data-Heavy Design: Experience designing clean dashboard interfaces, complex data-entry screens, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
- Strong Portfolio: A link to a live portfolio (Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or personal website) demonstrating your design process, wireframes, and finished UI assets is required to apply.
- Self-Starter: Comfort working in a fully remote, agile setting with minimal supervision.
