Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-9 years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on UI Development and Smart Investigate Model. - Relevant Pega certifications are a plus. Required Skills: - 6-8 years of overall IT experience. - 4+ years of hands-on Pega development experience. - Experience delivering enterprise-scale Pega implementations. - Experience working in Agile project environments. - Strong understanding of application architecture and software design principles.
