In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. What You'll Do - Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologies - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack developers - Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stack - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks - Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmaps - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack - Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks,



and technologies to improve engineering efficiency - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an agile environment What We're Looking For - 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role - Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworks - Strong experience with Oracle Database — PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning - Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.G., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisions - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecture - Experience with application/web servers (e.G., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss) - Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git) - Robust understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Good to Have - Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, ORDS, or Oracle Cloud - Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI) - Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) - Prior experience mentoring or managing a team of developers Interested Candidate can share your CV to
