Job Description CCM Developer/Document Developer/Template Developer Experience- 5+ years Location-Bangalore- Whitefield Key responsibilities - Design and develop templates: Design and develop high-quality, reusable templates for various formats such as documents, pdf, and emails based on business needs, using the Developer Tool or other Windows-based software. - Design and layout: Ensure consistent branding, layout, and design elements across all templates. - Customize and configure: Configure layouts, workflows, and energetic content to meet specific requirements. - Data mapping: Map and translate data from various sources, such as JSON or XML, into documents, ensuring accurate formatting for line items and different languages. - Collaborate with teams: Work with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Support and maintain: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Lasernet solutions, troubleshooting issues related to printing, formatting, and data. Required skills and experience - Software proficiency: Work with desktop publishing software (e.G., Adobe PDF) and office suites (e.G.,



Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). - Technical skills: Knowledge of data formats like XML, JSON, or other scripting languages is helpful. Coding skills (HTML/CSS) or knowledge of document generation engines is also helpful. - Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues across printing, formatting, and data mapping. - Documentation: Ability to clearly document processes and changes. - Requirements analysis: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional, user-friendly templates. - Quality assurance: Test templates, identify and correct errors, and ensure adherence to quality and accuracy standards. - Strong design and layout skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with user experience principles is beneficial. - Coding skills (HTML/CSS) are necessary for roles involving web or email templates. - Lasernet expertise: Experience designing, developing, and configuring Lasernet solutions is beneficial (Optional).
