About the Role

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations including floor management, team supervision, and achieving store sales targets. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution. Coordinate shift planning, staff attendance, and SOP adherence. Monitor stock replenishment, display standards, and billing queues. Drive conversion rates and UPT through floor coaching and motivation of sales associates.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience (Apparels) and 1-2 years in team handling or supervisory role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic understanding of retail SOPs and customer service standards.
- Team handling and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and operational discipline.
