At Quality Mint & Allied Chemicals, a recognized Star Export House and global leader in natural essential oils and aromatics supplying clients across over 30 countries, we are looking for a master-level Senior Accountant where your top priority and core mandate will be managing all GST-related matters and ensuring seamless, timely GST refunds.

Operating out of our Moradabad facility, you will take total control of our indirect taxation, banking operations, payment tracking, and complex export-import accounting frameworks.

Role Overview:

- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

What You'll Do:

- GST Mastery & Refund Guarantee: Take absolute charge of all GST-related matters, ensuring error-free computation, filing of monthly/annual returns, CGST, SGST, IGST compliance, and—most importantly—accelerating and securing prompt GST refunds for exports.
- Export-Import Accounting & Compliance: Manage comprehensive accounting workflows tailored to a Star Export House, handling LCs, shipping bills, multi-currency transactions, and complete financial operations related to exports.
- Banking & Payment Tracking: Take full charge of all bank-related works, manage foreign inward remittances, handle bank reconciliations, and meticulously track incoming and outgoing payments against export invoices and terms.




- Mandi & Local Regulatory Compliance: Handle all specialized local statutory requirements, mandi records, and agricultural/raw material tax frameworks specific to the aroma sector.
- Financial Finalization & Audits: Lead the finalization of books of accounts, coordinate with tax auditors, manage TDS/TCS filings, and ensure airtight statutory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

- Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience working as an accountant within an essential oils, natural extracts, flavor/fragrance, or specialty chemical manufacturing company.
- Specialized Tax & Refund Expertise: Deep, hands-on, expert-level knowledge of handling complex GST refund procedures for export houses, alongside CGST/SGST/IGST and mandi compliance.
- Banking & EXIM Accounting: Proven track record in managing export banking operations, tracking international payments, and handling foreign trade ledgers.
- Seasoned Experience: A solid career track record managing full-cycle corporate accounting and statutory audits independently.
