- Responsible for Facilities, Administrative and Infrastructure aspects of branches.
- Identifying, negotiating and finalizing the commercials of new sites with developer/ owners/consultants.
- Travelling across region to ensure work place in positive inhabitable & Inspection of Branches.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance, electrical, plumbing, other mechanical services.
- Responsible for other Admin activities as well.
- Liaising within internal departments and Government officials for Labor, Electrical or any other inspections and ensuring timely license renewals. Liaising with landlords to ensure timely Rental & other payments, lease.
