Job Description

Vichithram is looking for a Lead Designer to help shape the creative bar, design systems, and craft behind the work we make.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead projects, but you'll also design, critique, mentor, present, and work closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers.

What you'll do

- Lead creative direction across branding, communication, and digital projects
- Take projects from concept to final production
- Set and maintain a high standard of design craft
- Conduct meaningful design reviews and mentor other designers
- Present and defend creative decisions with clients
- Collaborate across strategy, copy, design,



and development
- Build systems and processes that make the team and its work better

What we're looking for

- 4+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strong visual craft
- Experience across at least two of: Brand Identity, Communication Design, Digital Design
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative process
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to give clear, constructive design feedback
- Experience mentoring or reviewing other designers
- Motion, print production, or developer handoff experience is a plus
