Role Description The Project Coordinator – Internal Fitouts & PMC Finishes is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for coordinating internal fitout and finishes activities across multiple projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, monitoring progress against schedules, and supporting quantity surveying and estimation activities related to interior works and finishes. The Project Coordinator will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to track work status, address issues, and ensure that all deliverables meet agreed specifications.



Daily tasks include organizing site information, assisting in value engineering reviews, maintaining records, and supporting the operations manager with reports, checklists, and approvals to keep projects on track.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and planning skills, including experience managing timelines, milestones, and multiple stakeholders for interior fitouts and finishes.
- Candidates should possess technical knowledge of construction and interiors, including understanding of materials, finishes, drawings, and basic quantity surveying or estimation practices.
- Candidates should possess good documentation and analytical skills, including the ability to prepare reports, maintain records, perform quality checks, and support value engineering reviews.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams in an in office environment.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to work to strict deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in project coordination for fitouts or interior finishes.
- Familiarity with project management tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic understanding of cost control and budgeting will be beneficial.
