Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding partner restaurants and cafés, presenting the WorkLeisure value proposition, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure partner satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, deliver sales presentations, negotiate partnership terms, and track performance metrics. The role includes designing and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities,



and supporting training for partners on how to use the platform and optimize guest engagement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, refine messaging, and contribute to growth strategies in the Jaipur market.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging partners and users effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, closing deals, and managing partner accounts.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide partners and stakeholders in using the platform and following best practices.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic marketing concepts, local market awareness, and the ability to support promotional activities.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or technology platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
