Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from the Manufacturing / Engineering industry, to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, technical, and staff-level positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Manage offer, selection, joining, and onboarding coordination.





Handle bulk hiring and manpower requirements for manufacturing operations.

Coordinate with plant/department teams for recruitment requirements.

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.

Manufacturing / Engineering industry recruitment experience preferred.

Good knowledge of blue-collar and technical hiring.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with Naukri / LinkedIn / job portals.

Good follow-up and candidate coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Language Requirements

Hindi – Mandatory

Kannada – Mandatory

English – Good communication

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR preferred.
