Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization, including Head Office and Project/Site locations.

The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded HR professional with strong hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Compliance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning for corporate and project/site positions.
- Manage Payroll, Attendance, Leave and HRMS operations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws, Contract Labour and other statutory requirements.
- Drive Performance Appraisal, Training & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.




- Support project/site teams in manpower deployment, workforce management and HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports including headcount, recruitment, attrition and manpower status.
- Manage HR policies, processes and documentation.
- Oversee HR & employee-related administrative activities.

Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in HR / HR Operations – Mandatory.
- 15+ years of overall HR experience with robust exposure to HR Operations.
- Experience across Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, PMS, Training & Development and Administration.
- Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Power / Infrastructure / Construction is preferred.
- Experience handling project/site workforce and multi-location HR operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
