As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global collaboration and deliver successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project environment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and support decision-making processes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within complex project environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.

Additional Information:
