Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our US-based clients, sourcing and delivering top-tier technical talent across various domains.

The ideal candidate possesses deep familiarity with US recruitment portals, a solid track record of candidate conversions, and the ability to evaluate both technical expertise and work authorization status.

You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with account managers and team members to meet hiring goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, negotiating compensation, and closing candidates for assigned technical requisitions.
- Sourcing & Job Posting: Actively source qualified candidates through major job boards and portals (including Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and JobDiva), as well as networking and social channels. Post and manage job openings to maximize reach.
- Resume Validation & Screening: Thoroughly evaluate resumes for technical relevant experience, project details, and skill accuracy.
- Work Status Verification: Verify and validate candidate work authorization status for the US market (e.g., US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT/CPT,



TN Visa).
- Performance & Conversion: Drive high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-placement conversion ratios to meet client expectations and team targets.
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain clean candidate records, track submittals, and communicate efficiently using Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

- Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, while functioning effectively as part of a collaborative hiring team.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven success in compensation negotiation and candidate closing techniques.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly assess a candidate's skill level against client requirements to maintain high submission quality.
