Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams across backend and frontend development.

• Own delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability,

and performance.

• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders, clients, and teams for project alignment

and delivery excellence.

• Drive end-to-end delivery management including planning, execution, quality, and release.

• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, mentor senior engineers and architects.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development, DevOps, and software engineering

processes.

• Contribute to strategic technical decisions, architecture design, and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams (backend + frontend).





• Strong delivery management skills with a track record of handling complex, multi-region

projects.

• Prior experience working with U.S. clients or teams is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Java/.NET, React/Angular, cloud platforms

like AWS/GCP).

• Background in the insurance domain or Insurtech is a robust plus.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• U.S. work experience or direct engagement with U.S.-based delivery projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
