Role Description The Public Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for shaping and managing the public image of KhushKids Child Development Center. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies that highlight the center's mission, services, and impact, as well as maintaining strong relationships with professional community & stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include organising events and campaigns, and coordinating external communications across online and offline channels.



The Public Relations Manager will collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure consistent messaging, support outreach initiatives, and enhance brand visibility within the child development and healthcare communities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Public Relations skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess abilities in planning and executing PR campaigns and events.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, education, or child development settings is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are important.
- Comfortable with field work, working on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborating with diverse teams and families is required.

Salary Range

- Rs. 22,000 - Rs. 25,000 plus conveyance
