About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will deliver elevated shopping experiences, build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, and drive showroom revenue through personalized sales and deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Sales: Guide clients through high-value purchases including engagement rings, fine jewelry, and custom designs.
- Clienteling & CRM: Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of VIP clients through targeted outreach, follow-ups, and event invitations.
- Product Expertise: Educate customers on gemstone quality (4Cs), precious metal purities, hallmarking, and brand craftsmanship.
- Showroom & Inventory: Maintain display aesthetics, enforce strict daily security protocols, and assist with inventory counts.
- After-Sales Service:



Manage client inquiries regarding sizing, repairs, custom orders, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience (fine jewelry, luxury watches, or high-end goods preferred).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and client management (CRM) software.
- Gemology coursework or certification (e.g., GIA, IGI) is a strong plus.
