Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Pandssa Web Media's services, understand their needs, and promote suitable solutions. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, explaining service offerings clearly, answering questions, and managing objections in a professional manner. The role involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales or project teams, maintaining accurate call records in designated systems, and meeting individual and team-based performance targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally and build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with a variety of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and lead generation abilities to promote services, handle objections, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to arrange calls, meetings, and demos efficiently.
- Basic understanding of web design, digital marketing, or related digital services is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, meet calling targets, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or inside sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or communication is a plus.
