Dyna Tours is looking for an experienced Senior Holiday Consultant to join our team in Changanassery, Kerala.

We are looking for experienced candidates only with 3–5 years of relevant experience in handling both domestic and international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international holiday enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Create customized itineraries and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent travel assistance.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in holiday package sales and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience in domestic and international holiday sales. Freshers are not eligible for this position.
