Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Ensure seamless client onboarding and deliver best-in-class service standards.
- Spearhead business generation within regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions to unlock synergies and revenue opportunities.
- Understand client needs and sector dynamics to structure customized banking solutions.
- Oversee accurate and timely KYC compliance and risk categorization.
- Lead acquisition of high-value accounts through thorough due diligence.
- Ideate and execute campaigns to diversify revenue and increase customer penetration.
- Analyze financial reports to identify early warning signs and mitigate risks.




- Monitor client portfolios and maintain regular engagement to ensure portfolio health.
- Conduct credit analysis in line with RBI guidelines.
- Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices and stay competitive.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams (Branch Banking, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to achieve business goals efficiently.
- Design and implement mechanisms to monitor customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Review and resolve customer complaints to enhance service quality and grow treasury business.
