Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Hotel Sales Executive to drive room bookings, corporate sales, events, banquets, and other hotel revenue opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through corporate, travel agencies, event planners, and individual clients.- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and hospitality services.- Handle corporate and group booking inquiries and follow up with potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property visits, and presentations.- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.- Monitor competitor activities, pricing,



and market trends.- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–4 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, travel, or related industries.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Good knowledge of local corporate and hospitality markets.- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales software.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus incentives as applicable.
