Role Description

The Pet Nutritionist Intern will support the development and evaluation of cat nutrition plans that align with Smylo’s clean, no-preservative philosophy.

The intern will contribute to educational content for cat parents, participate in nutrition-related customer support, and collaborate with product, marketing, and veterinary teams to answer nutrition queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



requiring regular coordination with cross-functional team members and hands-on involvement in product and nutrition projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in dietetics and nutrition.
- Candidates should possess skills in nutritional counseling and weight management for companion animals.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver explicit, accurate nutrition education to pet parents and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field (intern/entry-level candidates encouraged).
- Passion for animal welfare and interest in feline nutrition and clean-label pet food.
- Basic familiarity with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory considerations in pet food is an advantage.
