We’re Hiring | Sales Associate - Emercom Labs

Emercom Labs is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team and drive client acquisition and onboarding for our AI-powered commerce solutions.

This is a target-driven sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating business opportunities, and converting prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients across relevant business segments.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant Emercom Labs solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting → pitch → negotiation → client onboarding.
- Achieve defined monthly/quarterly client onboarding targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and newly onboarded clients.
- Keep sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline information updated.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.




- Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Sales, business development, or client acquisition experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in sales are also welcome.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
