Role Overview

We are seeking experienced.NET Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in React/Angular (frontend) and Python/.NET (backend), combined with Azure Cloud & AI solution experience. The Lead role will additionally drive architecture, mentoring, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using React/Angular, .NET, and Python.
- Architect and implement Azure Cloud solutions including DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
- Build and integrate AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain/LangGraph.
- Collaborate with healthcare domain stakeholders to deliver intelligent solutions.
- Ensure compliance with FHIR/HL7, HIPAA standards in healthcare workflows.




- Lead and mentor engineering teams (Lead role).

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular (frontend).
- Backend expertise in .NET (C#) and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services (Functions, Service Bus, DevOps pipelines).
- Knowledge of AI agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows (Claims, Enrollment, FHIR APIs).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in microservices architecture and API integrations.
- Exposure to Azure AI Cognitive Services.
- Robust problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams (Lead role).
