Greaves Electric Mobility (GEML) is accelerating sustainable transportation across India. Behind our electric two- and three-wheelers sits an interconnected technology landscape—spanning smart factories, IoT-connected vehicles, cloud platforms, and SAP ERP ecosystems.

We are looking for a high-impact Program Manager – PMO & IT Delivery to establish and drive enterprise portfolio discipline, vendor governance, and IT operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Lead – Data, AI & PMO, you will be the operational orchestrator responsible for ensuring that multi-crore IT initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with zero operational compromise.

What You Will Own

- Enterprise Portfolio Orchestration: Drive multi-vertical IT initiatives across Cloud, SAP, Industrial IoT, and Digital channels using structured Stage-Gate governance. Standardize intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management across corporate and manufacturing technology stacks.
- Vendor Governance & SLA Control: Build and enforce a robust Vendor Governance Framework across System Integrator (SI) partners, cloud providers,



and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)—linking vendor payouts directly to strict SLA/OLA performance and contract deliverables.
- IT FinOps & Cost Engineering: Own technology budget tracking (Plan vs. Actual), optimize cloud usage across AWS/Azure, cut SaaS/license bloat, and drive total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction across enterprise applications.
- ITSM & Service Excellence: Operationalize ITIL v4 frameworks across plant floors, supply chain nodes, and corporate IT. Oversee incident, problem, and change management to drive down Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and guarantee high service uptime.
- Real-time Executive Telemetry: Design and maintain executive Power BI, Jira, and ServiceNow dashboards to provide executive leadership with complete transparency into portfolio risks, active milestones, vendor performance, and budget variance.
- Cross-Functional Delivery Execution: Act as the strategic bridge between IT, R&D;, Manufacturing Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless solution integration and business readiness for every major rollout.
