Responsibility:

- Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
- Design and configure SAP Finance solutions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
- Drive solution design and deployment of Non-Leading Ledger for statutory, management, and parallel accounting requirements.
- Lead Asset Migration activities including asset master conversion, historical data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Manage integration with MM, SD, PS, Treasury, Tax, and external systems.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Lead and mentor functional consultants while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and governance activities.





Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 years in a Manager or Team Lead role.
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing and COPA
- Hands-on experience in Non-Leading Ledger configuration and parallel accounting scenarios.
- Proven experience in Asset Migration, including legacy data conversion, reconciliation, and cutover execution.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations.
- Solid understanding of financial closing, statutory reporting, and accounting principles.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and managing multiple projects.
