Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior/Lead ServiceNow Developer to take ownership of enterprise platform architecture and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine hands-on development with strategic architecture, with a strong focus on maximizing out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and delivering scalable, well-governed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, and CSM

• Maximize use of OOTB ServiceNow capabilities and extend the platform only where business requirements justify customization

• Design and build enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub

• Lead CMDB implementation, Discovery, Service Mapping, and technical alignment with CSDM

• Design scalable workflows, automations, scoped applications, and reusable platform components

• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and guide distributed delivery teams

• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Ensure platform performance, maintainability, scalability, security, and development governance

• Conduct code reviews and establish/enforce ServiceNow development standards and best practices

• Produce and review technical designs and implementation documentation

Required Skills

Must-have:

• Professional English fluency, both written and spoken

• 7+ years of overall IT experience





• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Proven experience leading technical delivery on enterprise ServiceNow implementations

• Advanced ServiceNow development skills, including JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and scoped applications

• Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow data architecture

• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro)

• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and/or UI Builder

• Strong experience designing REST/SOAP integrations and APIs

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• At least one relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
