Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based technology roles.
- Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and teams across time zones.




- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or consulting setting.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
