Job Description – SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Cash Management (TRM/CM) and Central Finance Consultant

Position Title : Consultant / Senior Consultant based on overall experience and prior exposure.

Experience: 5+ Years

Location : Pune / Bangalore (preferred) - open to others in India.

Job Summary:

• Experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Cash Management + Central Finance Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of SAP functional consulting experience

• Hands-on expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Cash Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM), In-House Cash, and Central Finance (CFIN) support engagements.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong treasury and finance domain knowledge, experience in SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP certifications.

• The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, treasury teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize treasury and central finance processes.

• Support integration between Treasury, FI, AP, AR, and Banking systems.

• Support payment processes, electronic bank statements, bank connectivity, and cash visibility initiatives.

SAP Central Finance

• SLT-based replication architecture

• Real-time postings

• Mapping and value transformations

• Master data replications

• Intercompany and cross-system reconciliation

• Central Payments

• Central Reporting

• Coordinate with source system and target system teams

Preferred SAP Certifications : Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications:

SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting OR SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting

AND

SAP Certified Associate – SAP Central Finance in SAP S/4HANA

AND

SAP Certified Application Associate – Treasury with SAP S/4HANA

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce

• MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent finance qualification is preferred.

• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting.

• Experience in multi-country or multinational treasury environments.
