Job Title: Aladdin Reconciliation

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience: 5–7 Years (Minimum 4.5 years relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a robust understanding of Equity and Fixed Income products and their profiles.
- Review and action open reconciliation breaks on a daily basis.
- Investigate breaks thoroughly and ensure timely clearing and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and agreed timelines with global counterparts.
- Liaise with global teams and vendors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of books and records.
- Perform periodic risk and exception reporting to senior management.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on risk issues and unresolved breaks with relevant stakeholders.




- Participate in projects and process-improvement initiatives related to the reconciliation function.
- Coordinate effectively with teams located at off-site/remote locations.

Required Skills

- Strong academic background.
- Relevant experience in Reconciliation / Investment Banking / Capital Markets will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Equity and Fixed Income products.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
