Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for the FRM Parity project within AI & Decision Product Enablement.

The TPM will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, BizOps, Release Management, and Leadership teams to translate business and technical priorities into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong technical fluency, structured execution, ownership, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate effectively through ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Translate business and technical priorities into integrated execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Own program scope, delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths.
- Manage RAID logs, project plans, milestone tracking, dependency trackers, and delivery governance.
- Drive Agile delivery practices including Sprint Planning, PI Planning, backlog visibility, and delivery health tracking.
- Coordinate release readiness and ensure teams are aligned on delivery commitments.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, BizOps, Release Management, and leadership stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively resolve cross-functional and cross-team dependencies.
- Communicate technical progress, risks, trade-offs, options, and business outcomes clearly to leadership.




- Drive accountability across teams and ensure commitments remain on track.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous and complex environments, bringing structure and clarity to execution.
- Provide executive-ready status reporting and leadership updates.
- Use data and delivery metrics to identify issues, improve predictability, and drive informed decisions.
- Support customer-impacting delivery discussions by translating technical progress and risks into business outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

1. Technical Program Delivery

- 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong experience with integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level status reporting.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end program delivery.

2. Agile / Jira Execution & Delivery Governance

- 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Sprint Planning / PI Planning, backlog visibility, RAID logs, dependency tracking, delivery health metrics, and release readiness.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar program/delivery management tools.

3. Technical Fluency

- Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud/infrastructure dependencies, production readiness, incident management, and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to participate effectively in technical discussions with Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Hands-on coding is not required, but strong technical understanding is essential.
