ABOUT THE ROLE

Graniti Vicentia delivers custom furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) for hotels, resorts, and hospitality spaces across North America. We are seeking an Interior Design AutoCAD Drafter to translate designer intent, brand standards, FF&E; specifications, and architectural information into precise Interior Design drawing sets.

Working alongside our design leads, you will produce the technical documentation that drives manufacturing, procurement, and installation on complex hospitality projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop detailed FF&E; drawings and millwork details in AutoCAD from design concepts, sketches, and specifications.
- Produce floor plans, elevations and sections for guestrooms, lobbies, restaurants, and public spaces.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, brand ID sets, specifications, design presentations, and site information.
- Create and maintain furniture schedules, finish schedules, and detailed component callouts tied to project specifications.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural backgrounds to resolve clashes and dimensional conflicts.
- Incorporate redlines and markups from design leads, ensuring revisions are tracked and documented accurately.
- Maintain drawing standards, layering conventions, title blocks, templates, CTB standards, and company drafting libraries for consistency across projects.
- Support submittal packages and procurement documentation with accurate quantities and dimensions.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of professional drafting experience in interior design, architecture, FF&E;, millwork, or a related field — hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of construction documentation, dimensioning standards, and drawing conventions.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and Interior Design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and millwork construction.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage assigned work within project deadlines.
- Ability to independently review project documentation and resolve straightforward technical drafting issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English for coordination with U.S.-based design teams.
