- Handle customer billing and cash counter operations.
- Generate accurate bills using POS/Billing Software.
- Receive cash, card, UPI and other digital payments.
- Maintain daily cash and billing records.
- Verify cash collection and reconcile the billing amount at the end of the shift.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff regarding orders and billing.
- Manage refunds, cancellations and bill corrections as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized and operated efficiently.
Note :
1.Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, QSR or food outlet will be preferred.
2. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience as Cashier, Billing Executive, POS Executive, Restaurant Cashier, Counter Executive or Billing Staff.
