We are seeking a motivated Franchise Development Manager at Jalsa Ventures Pvt Ltd to lead our franchise expansion efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in franchise development, strong communication skills, and a passion for building successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in India.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide support to franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and franchise agreements.
- Create and deliver presentations to prospective franchisees.
- Maintain relationships with existing franchisees to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in franchise development or business development.
- Strong understanding of franchise sales and market trends.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market research.
- Robust organizational and project management skills.
