This role is suitable for candidates with 0-10 years of experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
- Provide regular updates to the management regarding recruitment status.




- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
