We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller - Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our loan products, and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in helping customers understand their financing options and guiding them through the application process.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to inform them about loan products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on their financial requirements.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports on call activities and outcomes.
Eligibility
• Experience: 1–3 years in loan sales/process only
• Only candidates with relevant loan sales/process experience should apply.
· Loan Collection & Recovery experience is NOT acceptable
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM(Mon-Sat)
