Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Following up with leads and prospects to close sales.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly call targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
- Solid persuasive skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
