JOB DESCRIPTION – SELLER SUPPORT

Position: Seller Support Executive

LOCATION : Kharadi Pune

Process: – Seller Support

Location: Pune

Openings: 800+

Salary: Up to 25,000 (For 3 months) After 3 Months 27,000

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: Rotational

Experience: Need 6+ Month experience in Customer support or Back Office Executive

Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility available, including odd-hour support

Candidate Eligibility

For E-commerce Background:

E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service experience preferred

Minimum B2-level communication skills

International or Domestic Customer Service experience is acceptable

For Non-E-commerce Background:

Minimum B2-level communication skills

International Customer Service experience is mandatory

Interview Process

HR Interview → Assessment/Test → Operations Round (Final Round)
