Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and investors.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-17 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends in India.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Robust analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
