We are looking for an HR professional responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and employee offboarding. The role will work closely with Heads of Departments and reporting managers to support day-to-day HR decisions and build a motivated, productive and team-oriented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, payroll coordination and offboarding.
- Handle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Ensure the required workforce is available on time with the right skills, attitude and motivation to support business objectives.
- Partner with HoDs and reporting managers on day-to-day HR and employee-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to applicable Labour Laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Support employee relations and address employee-related concerns appropriately.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure timely and accurate processing.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Practical experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist activities.
- Experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws – mandatory.
- Exposure to Payroll and Labour Compliance is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, influencing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
- Solid emotional intelligence and business acumen.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- English communication is mandatory; Kannada language skills are preferred.
