*Job Overview*

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Labeling & Text Annotation Associates to support AI and Machine Learning projects. The role involves reviewing, categorizing, tagging, and annotating text data according to defined guidelines to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.

*Key Responsibilities*

Review and accurately annotate text data according to project guidelines.

Categorize and label text, sentences, and other data elements.

Identify keywords, entities, intent, sentiment, and relevant information.

Maintain high accuracy and consistency while handling large datasets.

Follow project-specific quality standards and annotation guidelines.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguous data and report them appropriately.

Perform quality checks on labeled and annotated data.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.

Good typing and data-handling skills.

Solid analytical and observation skills.

Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.

Eligibility

12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

Candidates with experience in Text Annotation / Data Labeling are preferred.

Good English comprehension and reading skills required.
