We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCM JEE and Biology NEET educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in teaching and a passion for helping students succeed in their academic endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and Biology NEET subjects.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts.
- Prepare students for exams by providing practice materials and conducting mock tests.
- Monitor and assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics) from a recognized university.
- 3-8 years of teaching experience in PCM and Biology NEET preparation.
- Strong understanding of the NEET exam pattern and syllabus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
- Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
