Role Description The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting VKGK’s real estate offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, providing timely follow-ups,



and supporting the conversion of qualified leads into sales opportunities. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Customer service and client relationship capabilities, including attentive listening, problem-solving, and professional follow-up practices.
- Sales and pre-sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries, with familiarity in lead qualification and pipeline management.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to track leads and prepare client-facing materials.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries and visits in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant practical experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local Jaipur real estate market and comfort conducting property site visits are beneficial.
