About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals within client organizations. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies and experience levels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and skilled networks.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates aligned with business requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics,



ensure process efficiency, and maintain ATS data accuracy.
- Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring goals and service excellence.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in US IT Talent Acquisition, with proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies, roles, and hiring market trends.
- Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in US IT Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment.
