We’re hiring: Performance Marketer | Bangalore

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into actual business.

Not impressions.

Not vanity metrics.

Not “I know Meta Ads.”

Leads. Quality inquiries. Conversions. Revenue.

This is an in-house role across The Oyster Studios & Pinnacle Creative House.

You’ll work on our own brands and also handle performance campaigns for our clients across weddings, healthcare, real estate and other high-ticket businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram

• Lead generation & campaign optimization

• Wedding inquiry generation

• Retargeting

• Audience research & customer psychology

• Landing page & funnel optimization

• Improving lead quality and conversion

• Creative testing with our content team

• Tracking CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and revenue

• Scaling campaigns based on performance

Who are we looking for?

Someone with around 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience.

Someone who has actually run campaigns and can tell us:

What did you run?

How much did you spend?

What results did you get?

What went wrong?

What did you change?

Experience in wedding photography, event management, luxury events,



hospitality, healthcare, real estate or other high-ticket businesses is a big advantage.

We care about execution more than certifications.

This role is NOT for:

❌ Someone who only knows how to boost posts

❌ Someone who talks strategy but hasn't executed

❌ Someone obsessed with impressions and reach

❌ Someone who needs to be told what to do every day

❌ Someone who can't explain their campaign numbers

You’ll work directly with the founder and our creative team.

Bangalore In-office

₹25,000–₹35,000/month

Experience: 6 months–1 year
