Position: Liaisoning Manager

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: 3–8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Liaisoning Manager to manage government approvals, statutory compliances, regulatory clearances and stakeholder coordination for our real estate and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Himachal Pradesh government departments, approval procedures, documentation and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with TCP, Municipal Corporation, Revenue, Pollution Control Board, Fire, Electricity, Jal Shakti, PWD, Mining and other authorities

• Obtain and track CTE, CTO, Fire NOCs, Environmental Clearances, Building Plan Approvals, Occupancy Certificates and other statutory approvals

• Manage documentation, online submissions and government portals

• Track approvals and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid project delays

• Coordinate with Legal, CRM, Engineering,



Sales and Project teams

• Maintain compliance records, licenses and renewal schedules

• Support tender documentation, proposals, bid submissions and regulatory compliance

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Liaisoning, Government Relations, Regulatory Compliance or Real Estate Approvals

• Robust understanding of government procedures and statutory approval processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple approvals and follow-ups

• Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / Government Projects preferred

• Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh government departments and approval frameworks will be an added advantage
